Wow, only three postings last month. I guess I’ve been neglectful… It seems as if things have been so, so busy— but that’s partly because I’ve just been tired. Pregnancy is weird. Sometimes I feel almost normal, but then I move… or shift…. and things are different. I’m still not very big– for once it’s good to have big hips! Being tall helps, too…. lots of room for baby. I need to go buy more pregnant pants. I can still wear my jeans, but they’re starting to get uncomfy.

We’re at 18 weeks as of Thursday, and then Friday is the big doctor’s appointment– The Triple Screen Test. I hope they don’t have to take too much blood. ;)

The house is still in disarray– much to be unpacked and organized. It will get done eventually! Once we get all of the art hung, I think it will start feeling more like home.

Work has been strange. Fluctuations of busy and non-busy… waiting and scurrying… Right now I’m in waiting mode. At the end of this month things will change, though…. we start in on a big project that will carry through Sept. or Oct. Whee.

I’d like to write something intellectual here, but I’ve got a meeting in a few minutes and so really wouldn’t have time… now how’s that for an excuse? If I’m still in waiting mode after the meeting, perhaps I will jump-start my brain and start typing.
